RestCore (“RestCore,” “we,” “us”) provides software for restoration and insurance-claim contractors to document jobs, build contents inventories, produce estimates and reports, and get AI-assisted help. RestCore is a product of Belmont Capital Group LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RestCore you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & organization data — your name, email, company/organization, and role, used to authenticate you and associate your work with your team.
• Job & claim data you create — photographs, item inventories, room and moisture readings, sketches, notes, voice transcriptions, estimates, and report content. This may include personal information about your customers / insureds (e.g. names, addresses, property and loss details) that you enter or capture.
• Device & usage data — app version, basic diagnostic and sync information needed to operate the service.

Camera, photo library, microphone, and speech-recognition access are used only to capture and transcribe the inventory and walkthrough content you choose to record. Voice transcription is performed using on-device and Apple speech recognition.

How we use your information

• To provide, sync, and back up your jobs, inventories, estimates, and reports.
• To generate AI-assisted analysis, pricing guidance, documentation, and the in-app assistant.
• To authenticate users, manage your organization, and support your account.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party AI processing

RestCore uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers to deliver its analysis, pricing, documentation, and assistant features. To provide these features, relevant job content (which may include text you enter and the images you capture, and which may contain customer/insured personal information) is transmitted to and processed by:

• Anthropic (Claude)— powers the RestCore assistant and AI analysis. This processing is performed under Anthropic’s commercial terms; submitted content is not used to train their models.

We send only the data needed to perform the requested feature, and only when you use a feature that requires it.

Service providers & storage

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage (hosted on cloud infrastructure). Your data is stored on these providers’ systems on our behalf and is protected by access controls and row-level security. We use Apple services for app delivery and push/background processing.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time from the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your user record and associated personal data. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. financial records), and shared organizational records may persist with your organization.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated access, and row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If your restoration contractor uses RestCore to contact you, we may send text (SMS/MMS) messages about scheduling, appointments, inspection and service reminders, job status updates, and links to review or sign estimates and documents, including two-way conversational replies. Messages identify RestCore and your contractor.

Consent. You receive these messages only after you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, for example when you start a job, complete an intake form, or sign a work authorization. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opt out and help. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will stop sending messages and send one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email support@restcore.app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Mobile opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the messaging described above and are never shared for others’ marketing.

Children

RestCore is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
